At EVERSANA, I lead corporate communications initiatives that strengthen internal engagement and external brand visibility. I develop and manage content across multiple channels — including blogs, press releases, thought leadership pieces, newsletters, and social media. I oversee the corporate intranet and social platforms, plan and facilitate company-wide Town Halls, and execute strategic communications that connect 200+ employees across global teams.
At GitaPR, I supported public relations initiatives for a range of clients by managing media monitoring, maintaining editorial databases, and coordinating press outreach. I created and scheduled social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging brand presence while helping maximize media coverage through targeted editor engagement.
At Baird, I supported the firm’s media relations efforts by conducting in-depth research, drafting press materials, and coordinating earned media opportunities. I collaborated with senior communicators to manage high-profile inquiries from outlets like CNBC, The Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg, and contributed to strategic projects, including a competitive analysis on podcast initiatives.
At Solstice Communications, I supported public relations campaigns for Chicago-area hospitality clients by drafting press releases, media spots, and backgrounders. I conducted research to identify strategic advertising and speaking opportunities and assisted with event coordination for large corporate clients.
At Trinity Irish Dance Company, I researched and developed content for PR initiatives and e-blasts to increase visibility and community engagement. I also collaborated with the organization’s grant writer to secure funding through grants and sponsorships, compiling financial and company materials to support submissions.
At Village Project, I managed the organization’s social media presence using a structured content calendar and created visual assets in Canva. I also wrote and placed press releases and feature articles in local media to highlight community programs and initiatives.
As a research intern for Karydes Consulting, I worked closely with Megy Karydes on the book 50 Ways to More Calm, Less Stress, conducting expert interviews and sourcing research to support content development focused on mental health and wellness.
